Late Ovation Royal Up Question

Moved up to a suite 2 days before sailing so I missed the concierge welcome email window that was earlier. Will they reach out with a cabin change usually or is it a one and done? We're new to RCCL from Celebrity so I don't know how important dinner reservations are for CK ahead of time.We have the first boarding group so we will be on the ship early.

If they haven't contacted you by now, unlikely they will before the sailing. It won't matter much, they can take care of things after you board.

congratulations!  Not a junior suite?  Assume grand or above.  You should immediately go to costal kitchen after boarding for lunch- the concierge's should be at their desk.  Speak to them as far as arranging your dinner and other reservations.  Enjoy.
