So the last cruise we had about 5900 cruisers… this cruise is over 6000 but somehow it seems less crowded … weird!

They said 5700 at the top tier event last week.

Day 2

This is why Dennis is the best CD… he goes the extra mile… all the other cruise director I have seen just do the announcements and gets going .. but Dennis takes it home!  Funny funny funny!  Watch this video … oh and if you don’t have an apple product you might not be able to open it

Sorry I missed the belly flop contest. Yes I thought Dennis was excellent.

The long lines for pictures

I was impressed last week with the amount of people who did get dressed up for formal night and stood in line for pictures. Seemed like we had a lot of Spanish speaking guests and they all dressed up.

Could anyone please tell me which MDR is open on embarkation day?  RCL normally pushes you to Windjammer Buffet.  Much more relaxing in MDR.

Thanks

MDR is not open on embarkation day for the general public on my sailing.

Are they still serving Lobster in the MDR on the 2nd formal night?  Also, are the fomal nights on day 2 & 5?  Any info would be appreciate trying to schedule Specialty for next week.

Thanks

Lobster night at MDR is on the second formal / dress you best night.  Make sure you have a reservation or prepare to wait if you have MTD

Thanks for the food pics! We are from New Orleans so hoping Hooked food tastes as good as it looks!

I enjoyed hooked and because most dishes are simply prepared you should like it too.  I did not care for the ceviche at all…

Day 3

I went to see the towel animal demonstration.  We all were ready to go and then this guys walked right in front of us and stood there didn’t even bother to check to see if he’s blocking people ….finally the couple next to me said something and he unwillingly moved.  He literally blocked everyone’s view that were already seated at the bar area.

One of the reasons we booked a boardwalk balcony is being able to watch not only the show , but the practices from our balcony. We like oceanview balcony rooms too, but when boardwalk is available,  we book it. We enjoy people watching at night too 🙂
