NYC Tour with Airport Dropoff after Canada & New England Cruise

We are interested in booking: 

 

La Guardia (LGA) Airport Transfer With Manhattan Highlights

6.5 hours | New York City (Manhattan or Brooklyn) | NYC-202

 

The tour details says you must have a flight leaving after 5 pm. Our flight leaves AT 5 pm. Do you think that will work? I know the tour details also say it arrives at the airport around 3 pm. Does that give us enough time to get through security and to the gate?
