Missing OBC on pandemic roll-over booking

Of four Azamara cruises that I have booked, not one is showing any OBC online, even though all of them had OBC attached to them before they rolled over from pandemic cancelled cruises.  I thought that the OBC had been cancelled until I booked an AzAmazing Evening and received a confirmation email for that booking (zero charge) that mentions a "credit balance summary" of $500 !  Yet if I try to use that credit balance to book an excursion, I can't find any way to apply it. Can someone explain this to me?
