A first (and a favorable development)!

It came time for me to submit my shareholder credentials for onboard credit on my QM2 Caribbean trip in November. I pulled up the CCL page to verify the availability of the credit and noted that the contact information finally has an email address for US passengers. What's better, I received confirmation that the credit had been applied the same day I submitted the information.

@Underwatr I applied last week and had no problem. The email was there and took less than 24 hours to hear back.
