Silhouette RS and craft social

Is the food in craft social included with RS

We just got off the Silhouette in a Celebrity Suite.  Food in the Craft Social was only included as a paid option.  We did go down to Luminae and ordered a couple of Fish and Chips ( which were on the MDR menu) and the Maitre D delivered it to our table in Craft Social.

That would be expected.  Comp specialty wouldn't kick in until RS or above.

Agree speciality dining kicks in for RS and above.
