Tampa Park Connect Parking

Has anyone parked at the Park Connect parking lot recently?  I have been reading positive reviews but they are all from before the pandemic.  Their Facebook hasn't been updated either.  The same for Park 4 Cruises.

We used myparkconnect.com in June and everything went well.  I still don't know how the parking can be offered for this price and it's in the same parking garage.
