we are fully booked on the Marina from Lima to Miami.  Does anyone know if the Panama Canal transit is through the "old" locks or the "new" locks?  I'm assuming  that as a smaller ship it could be the old locks - which is my hope!!

My guess, and only a guess, is that it will be the old canal. It costs the cruise lines plenty to transit them and I would expect the new canal is even more expensive.  Since the new canal is the only option for the large ships and freighters, Unless the queue is terribly backed up in the old canal, I can’t see Oceania taking the new canal route.  JMHO though.
