St. Lucia Travels & Tours?

We are a family of 5, kids aged 14, 12, 9.  Hoping to use St. Lucia Travel & Tours run by Randy LaFontaine but he has not gotten back to us.  Anyone know if he is still in business or should I look elsewhere?  Looking for a private customized day tour for our family.  Read up on Cosol and that looks promising as well, but the other one looked like a better fit for our family.

Haven't heard that he's gone out of business, but lots of things are still in flux recovering from Covid protocols and restrictions.
