Rebates for Covid quarantine

On the recent APEX transatlantic, my wife tested positive for covid and spent 5 days in quarantine. There was no mention of a rebate for the quarantine period by ship's personnel.  I noted today on the APEX roll call that several people were told they would get rebates within 2 weeks to the credit card on file. Does anyone have experience with this situation?  Is this being done automatically or is it something I needed to formally request while on board? Thanks in advance.

My DW and I were in Covid quarantine on a recent Equinox cruise and I needed to call and get the process started.  Call 844-418-6824 and ask to be transferred to the Engagement Center.  You will need to know your reservation number.  The refund will be a prorated refund of your DW's cruise fare but you will not get a refund of the taxes, fees or any cruise line insurance.
