Does anyone remember the times of the classes, the cost, and the specific offerings of the classes on the Conquest? Have never done these before...but have always gained about 7 pounds on the cruise...trying to change the process this time. serene56 Posted May 24, 2004 #2 Share Posted May 24, 2004 Sorry- dont know the schedule. But taking steps instead of the elevators has helped me stay within 1-3 pound weigh gain. Never used the elevators-- no matter what. I also did a lot of tasting all week-instead of getting a bunch of whole desserts I woulkd just taste what everyone else had.
