Ask Your Ship's Cruise Director IF You Want to Self-Host a Get Together (Did a Veterans' group on Sirena 11/22)

I so enjoyed the fact that CD Paul hosted a Veterans' get together in Martinis while on Riviera in 11/21 that I asked CD Dottie early in the cruise if there was going to be one. She indicated there wasn't so I asked if I could host one. She was happy to assist. Sadly, she forgot to mention it in the next day's Currents but when I saw her the next AM she immediately remembered it and said that if we could choose the time & venue that day (which we immediately did while looking over the Currents for that day: choosing 1500 hours in Martinis), she'd mention it on the PA system that morning and in the early afternoon. Which she did.

 

We ended up having about 23 or so. Out of about 610 passengers (Sirena, 11/18-28/22, E. Caribbean).
