The term “USian” has been used, mostly online, for a couple of decades. Never caught on in general parlance. 
 

Merriam-Webster-Webster defines “statesider” as an inhabitant of the continental US, which excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and all territories. 
 

Doesn’t seem to be a good term that refers only to United States residents and includes everyone.
