7 day menu for Enchantment of the seas Italy and Greece

We are a group of 15 doing two back to back cruises in Italy and Greece in May. I have cruised many times and pretty much know what to expect food wise but looking for a menu if possible. Yes, I know they are changing menus on RC cruises but I do not believe it will make a huge diff. This year the Enchantment of the Seas is doing these two cruises where it was suppose to be the Brilliance. I expect they had the same menus when traveling overseas or at least close. Just hoping someone has something I can print off for the newbies.

Wait till late January - by that time the menu should be settled and be just about the same fleetwide. Set the app to any of the 7-8 day Enchantment sailings after that and you should have a good idea of what to expect in May.
