Need help with figuring out correct points

Hello Celebrity cruisers,

I'm new to Celebrity cruises and not sure of how the point system works. I traveled solo in a sunset veranda cabin on celebrity summit. The point chart says that you will receive 3 points per night. My cruise was a four night cruise, so i received 12 points. However, I've read that solo cruisers receive double the points. Is this correct? Would my correct point amount be 24 points? Thank you for any help that can be provided.

Yes solo cruisers receive 2x points.   Did you pay a solo supplement?   If you sailed with a zero solo supplement sale they had several months ago that may explain why no double points.   You probably need to call Captains Club.

I think some people have still received double points in that situation even though they maybe shouldn't have.   Still might be worth a call.
