Dining room menus

We have not cruised NCL since March 2020 so we are excited to cruise the Epic next month.  We always enjoyed eating lunch and breakfast in one of the dining rooms.  Just curious if there are new menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner since 2020?

I have a question regarding that, do you know if the menu in the main dinning follow the rotation.  I mean, let say that when i start my cruise on the first night we have "Night 3" menu... does that mean that the next day we will have Night 4 and then Night 5... etc... or it can be random?

It can, and often does, vary.
