Diamond Level Question / Free Upgrade / One Year to Redeem?

To my understanding the Latitudes Rewards program was updated last January in 2022.  For those who were or became Diamond a year ago January is NCL enforcing the one year limitation on the Diamond Cabin Upgrade this January?

We just used our 2nd one a few weeks ago to in order to make the deadline.    Booked our first one early on.  I can't see that they have improved the process.  You need to have some patience while you wait for them to process your request.    For both of them we were upgrading a booked cruise that was more than one year from the date we upgraded.

As an update to my question regarding the one year limitation on the Diamond Upgrade, my NCL Cruise Consultant tells me the 1 year limitation has been dropped.
