YC waiter suggestions on Seascape

Sailing next week on Seascape and was wondering if anyone could recommend a waiter to ask for in YC dining room,

We had Karina at the end of our New Years cruise and she was great. She's pretty straight to the point but she always had great recommendations and went well with our sense of humor. She was also pulling duties up on the pool deck during breakfast and lunch, so we made it a point to go see her up there.  We also had Jerome at lunch on Ocean Cay, and he remembered us for the rest of the cruise despite us never getting to sit in his section again. He always greeted us by name and with a friendly smile, and wish we had gotten to know him better that trip.
