If your upgrade to the premium option, is it really worth the fee?

It really depends on what you want to do with WiFi.    If you only text,do email and Facebook  then basic will probably suffice.

 

If you want to browse and use sites like CruiseCritics,  Voice Call etc you will need Premium.   

 

Neither are robust but think in terms of the old  1,2000 dial up modems  -  basic is like this.     Premium (without Starlink) is like the highest speed dial up before wired internet.
