Drinking Santa Margherita Pinot Grigio in Italy

Currently skiing in the Italian Alps. We are staying in a nice, family run hotel but it is taken over by a British holiday company for the season. If I tell you the vino bianco is warm and the vino rosso comes in a jug with a head on you know I will never complain about a Regent pour ever again 😂😂.

The reason for the preamble is we popped into the local supermarket to find something decent to drink and there it was - the Santa Margherita Pinot Grigio just like they had on the Navigator before Christmas (I think we have bought most of their current stock). A carrier bag of fresh, white (😜😜) snow and it is chilled to perfection.

We will now need to wait until November on the Explorer for our next glass. Until then, happy sailing everyone.
