Do P&O still adopt staged disembarkation please?

Yes they will post a letter outside your room with details of the time you have been allotted and where you will be held. You can ask for a specific time a few days before the end of the cruise but it is on a first come first basis.

We traveled with Eavesway last week,,,they gave all passengers travelling on coaches a time of 08:15 - 08:25 meet in theatre,,we got there at 08:15 and they were already disembarking.

P&O know who is travelling with Cruise Connect and Eavesway give then a list of passengers/cabins.

If you are on another coach just inform reception.
