Elegant Nights on a 6 night cruise

I hope someone can help me. 
We are trying to figure out WHICH 2 nights are Elegant nights on a 6 night cruise on the Legend.

 

We are getting different answers. I want to book the Steakhouse... But we dont want to book it for the 1st night or either of the 2 elegant nights.
