Well there are two levels of gross incompetence here.  One was the temperature.  The other was dumping the body on a pallet.  If they do have the system where there is only one big cooler and a compressor they would have had the drawers inside of the cooler.  They should have moved the drawers to the new cooler and turned down the temperature to an appropriate temperature.  Total clown act and the family will likely get every penny of what they are filing for minus lawyer fees.

 

The witnesses should be solid.  A Broward County Sheriff.
