Spa 10/20/30

First time sailing Royal I have sailed other lines.  I have a question about the spa. Others lines, the spa has a 10/20/30 promo which can be used when you pre-purchase spa treatments.  They also have the same promo once on the ship.  When I tried to pre-purchase spa this promotion on the Royal website it is not offered.  Will the spa offer the 10/20/30 once on a Royal ship?

Promos on the ship vary and may be quite different than what you see in the planner.
