Brining wine/champagne on

Hi sorry new to holland. If I bring wine or champagne on board do I have to pay 20 corkage fee or only if I bring to dining room?

yes you should plan on having to pay on all bottles no matter where you drink it.

Sometimes you get through without paying, but safer to budget for paying.

Yes, HAL's corkage fee applies to all of the bottles you bring onboard regardless of where they are consumed.  As VMax1700 noted, some have had luck getting through without being charged the corkage fee but that's not due to company policy...someone at embarkation let them slip through.
