Is buying onboard credit or packages as a gift for Celebrity Cruises to Alaska?

I found on the Celebrity website where it lists various package options, but I can't seem to get to an order screen of any sort. Do I have to call? Also, not sure what to buy as good gift. Was thinking of shore excursions or specialty dining.

Our friends did not use a travel agent, but booked it themselves directly with Celebrity.

We just booked a cruise and would love it if our friends/relatives got us onboard credit as a gift.  I’m pretty sure you can buy it like a gift card, in varying amounts.  Then they could spend it on excursions, spa, dining, whatever.
