How much is room service? Is it a one time fee or do they charge you each time they have to bring food to your room?

Each item on the menu has a cost and it varies. You will pay each time you order. It is also not limited to your room, you may order from anywhere on the ship and have if delivered to you. We had it delivered to us next to the Alchemy Bar on Glory once. We always ordered through the Hub App.
