Predicting timing out of Andalsnes

Hi, I am looking for some help. My parents are on the Aurora when it sails from Åndalsnes (scheduled departure 16:00) down the Norwegian coast to Haugesund (arrival 09:30). I will be on a different cruise in Ålesund on the same day they're in Åndalsnes, and I am trying to work out if I might be able to see their ship sail past. I know it's impossible to say for sure, but can someone help me guestimate what time they might pass Ålesund? We have a late sailing and I am thinking of going to Alnes anyway.

My best guesstimate is four hours - my advice is to use a ship tracker app like Vessel Finder or Marine Traffic and follow Aurora’s departure from Åndalsnes - will require data roaming plan when not covered by WiFi.
