If I recall it was Pork Belly served on a bed of White Beans.     I'm not a big fan of Pork Belly so passed.

I just did an Alaskan cruise mid September. I was on the Solstice which is my ship of choice. I was so disappointed in MDR changes! I was on the Solstice Nov 22 and it was the same excellent menu. My husband and I cruise on Solstice because the food has always been so good…we now are looking at other cruise lines. Their formal night menu and use to have beef Wellington and duck…no more. They have cut back entrees from 9 choices to 7…lots of pasta and vegetarian type entrees now. Makes me so sad…we’ve done Princess, Royal Caribbean and Norwegian and weren’t impressed with their MDR menus so maybe Holland?
