Hiya Cruisers!

I recently purchased 2 Cruisefirst certificates on the $250/$500 deal and am trying to transfer 1 to my husband's account...

- I called the 800-number and they told me "send an email to Cruisenext@ncl.com

- I sent the email at 1100GMT (6AM EST) on 6/24 ... crickets...

I know they had a system upgrade over the weekend, but I am wondering how long I should let it sit before I retry... and if y'all have any advice on HOW to retry...??

Thanks!

We each qualify for the military appreciation rate-- but only one stateroom each, so we are booking separate cabins and giving one to the teens...  I have "my" balcony all booked and set up... need to get the second certificate to him so he can book the kids their inside cabin somewhere not-too-far-away... I should have waited to book both after the certificate was transferred, but this will be our first cruise and I am just too excited ! 🙂
