Interline cruise rate and military/ stock obc

Someone told me that you can’t use this OBC if it is an interline rate booking? Does anyone know

I know that it is true for HAL and Princess.  The cruise lines don't like to talk about interline rates so they will call them something like "travel professionals rates" or something similar.  Of course if you have just saved a thousand dollars on your cruise fare, why worry about a hundred dollars on board credit?

think someone else had a similar problem with share owners OBC - they had a special rate via a travel agent selling a cruise cheaply and couldn't get share owners OBC added either.
