I finally received an offer for a free room but when I went to check the details there was an "Oh Snap" notification.

 

I guess I am back to waiting.

Make sure you don't have any filters selected (Dates, Ships, Specialty sailings, Duration or even deals) that may not be compatible with your FREE ROOM offer.  Try 'CLEAR ALL' and search again.  good luck.
