Is Jover head waiter on the Sapphire

We met a wonderful Head Waiter by the name of Jover before Covid.  Does he happen to be on the Sapphire.  We are going on it in a month.

I wouldn’t know what ship or if he still is employed with Princess, but Jover is not a common name, he was our Head Waiter on the Ruby around 8 years ago, he was hilarious and one of our Memories with our friends that we talk about.
