kimmylaj Posted July 30, 2023 #1 Share Posted July 30, 2023 First cruise. Love to practice yoga at home. Would like to do a couple of classes on board. Bring own mat? Mat for rent? Thanks
tw0sugar5 Posted July 30, 2023 #2 Share Posted July 30, 2023 Since no one has replied in 30 minutes: I do yoga on my balcony…when it’s big enough. On other cruise lines they have mats available in the gym. I’m talking about Princess, Cunard, and Disney. RC was my maiden voyage. I don’t remember how the gym was on my maiden voyage. Post-COVID policies may differ.
Pitzel Posted July 31, 2023 #3 Share Posted July 31, 2023 If you are taking a yoga class in the gym, mats should be provided. If you wanted to do yoga anywhere else onboard, bring your own or use the provided beach towels (or two) instead. I have never seen mats for rent on NCL, nor have I ever seen anyone take the mats outside of the gym.
