Food Allergies

We are considering a Mexican cruise for next summer but a few of my family members have food allergies. They can’t have dairy or any spice that is hot like black pepper. They are concerned about restaurants at the ports being able to accommodate them. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!

You might want to find a Spanish translation of what your family members can't eat, print it out and take it. Just to be as clear as possible with the restaurant staff.

Thanks for the advice. We actually have allergy cards in Spanish and several other languages from other international trips. I was trying to find out if anyone else has been to Mexican ports with food allergies and how the experience has been or if anyone can say if they found food spicy or not if there wold be anything pretty plain even a hot dog for them to eat.
