Excursion payment before cruise?

I want to pay for an excursion with a credit card, but the cruise personalizer wants to use our OBC, we want to save that. Don't see how to just use a credit card?

When I purchased an excursion, it showed it would be taken from my OBC. But, I could unclick the box, so it would not deduct OBC and I could use a CC.

 

They may have changed it.  It’s been a few months since I booked an excursion on PCL.

Nope, that’s still the way it’s done so advice is valid. Booked a day ago and had the option to untick using OBC.

Yep, me too. Booked three excursions for our upcoming Alaska cruise just this morning and was able to uncheck the OBC box.
