mad4cruising Posted March 16, 2006 #1 Share Posted March 16, 2006 I will be visiting Copenhagen for just one day via Oceania Regatta. I'd like to make the most of my time there, and was hoping to retain the services of a private guide. I would appreciate recommendations, please. I think one is names Richard's walking tours. In the evening, there is a night watchman's tour. Also, there's a canal tour. Bus tours are also available, including a hop on hop off bus. As for a personal guide, I think Copenhagen is a city that can be easily explored on your own, but for detailed information, the tours mentioned above should provide good information on the city and it's history. JodiBB Posted March 16, 2006 #3 Share Posted March 16, 2006 We took Sir Richard's walking tour when we were in Copenhagen last year! He's a wonderful guide and makes some great recommendations for after-tour sight and eats. No reservations are necessary and he's a riot. Here's the link: http://www.copenhagenwalks.com/1024x768/default.htm Sometimes it takes a bit to load, but be patient....
