Uber with kids around Miami?

We'll be sailing out of Miami for the first time in the spring. Likely will get an airport hotel with shuttle for the pickup day before. For cruise day, does Uber have restrictions for traveling with kids? They will be 5 and 7.

If they are large enough to not need a car seat or booster seat you are good to go.  Otherwise bring your own booster seats - there are some inflatable ones that do not take up much luggage space.
