Gluten-free at Murano?

I'm traveling with a friend and I wonder how gluten-free friendly Murano is? I know the usual advice is talk to them ahead of time.  I ask because we want to coordinate a few dinners and I'd like to know if she will be happy there.

I have eaten there many times and they are very accommodating.  If I wanted the lamb it would have to be ordered the day before.  Last cruise we ate there twice.  Asked for same waiter.  He was so excited because he was going to make me a special dessert tableside.  It was basically the strawberry crepes without the crepes.  He was so excited and I thanked him so much.  Saw him the next day at Spa Cafe and he was still talking about that dessert!  They will enjoy Murano!

I find Tuscan not as accommodating.

Nowadays more places are using rice flour as a base for sauces so more are gluten free.

Strawberry crepes without the crepes?  What wacky ideas are you people going to think of next?

Thanks for the replies.
