Havensight/WICO Getting Hotel

Construction scheduled to start end of September 2023. Welcome Center will relocate to hotel. I think it's going to be a Hampton Inn or similar.

 

Hope it won't impact cruisers too much, but it should help the businesses in the area.

 

Havensight is very convenient so I'm hoping the new hotel will make the area even more popular. I once counted over 20 eateries within walking distance, though that was a few years ago.

That's great. They need a hotel at Havensight. It might impact cruisers for a short period of time but it's totally worth it. Havensight if St. Thomas can dodge the hurricane bullet Havensight goings to be better than it was. 

I might be a little optimistic just a little 😁 I just hope they can get going again and the only way they can do that is if we go and spend $$$, I'm giving it hell and everything I got. Have a nice evening.
