Where to buy wine near the pier in Seattle

Hi, We're sailing on NCL Encore next month and are staying at the LXR. Looking to buy a few bottles of wine to take on the ship. Can anyone recommend a place close to the pier or hotel? We're coming in a day early so we have time to shop. Thanks.
