Meraviglia deck 14 YC question

The deck maps for the 14th floor YC area have a lot of interior space unmarked which I assume is crew area for the bridge. Is the YC elevator accessible to YC cabins on deck 14?

There's lots of crew space on deck 14 that yields a bit of officer traffic in the central area.   One issue I noticed is they tended to prop open the door that goes to the forward main elevator lobby. 

 

The YC elevator goes to all YC decks,  14 through 19, as well as a separate YC stairwell.
