Rotterdam-how is anytime dining working-long waits-reservations?

On Rotterdam, how is anytime dining working? Are there long waits without reservations for 6-6:30? Also, are reservations made (at kiosk) only once onboard? Are they available for most days at 6/6:30? We'd be party of 4 persons? And, if the wait was long and we said we'd share a table with others, would we get seated fairly quickly at an 8-10 table? Thanks, Elaine

The longest line for anytime dining is usually around 7pm.  Hardly any wait before 6pm, unless it is Gala/Dressy Night.   5:45 is good time because they open up no-show seats from fixed 5:30 seating.
