Sydney NS & St Johns NB Pubs with daytime music

Hello all! thanks in advance for all your help.

We are looking for Pubs in Sydney NS and St Johns NB that would offer food and music or other fun entertainment in the daytime during our cruise stop at these ports.We are 4 adults and 2 kids (8 and 12)...I read that if the pub had a food establishment license in CA kids could enter.

We were in Sydney this past Saturday and walked to the Governor’s Pub from the cruise port. They had music upstairs. Excellent atmosphere!

It depends what day you dock. Some may have entertainment on weekends, but not many mid week.
