Staying overnight on a cruise in Bridgetown for the first time ever despite numerous cruises over the years.

What are the options to do with two young children please? I’ve read nothing much happens after dark and there are safety concerns.

We are fine with paying for a taxi to somewhere nicer but would really like to make the most of an evening stay.

Perhaps somewhere in a marina or touristy night market/bars etc? We won’t want food as the kids will eat beforehand but drinks for the adults would be a must!

The only one bar can think of to take little ones being away from “potential danger and bad language” is the Drift Lounge.  Upmarket, genteel, beachside with music.
