Possibly may have to cancel after final payment with A NRD.  I have insurance and a legit medical reason.  How do I stand re a any refund.  Thank you

After final payment both refundable deposits and non refundable deposits are treated equally.  You follow the cancellation schedule as set out on your invoice.

Taxes and fees as well as prepaid gratuities get refunded.

You are then assessed the penalty as stated on your invoice based on how many days to sailing you are.

You are refunded whatever is not in penalty.

You then file a claim with your insurance company for what was held in penalty by Royal.  They will provide a letter for the insurance company stating the penalty amount withheld.
