Best scuba dive shop when cruising?

Hey all, we'll be in Key West on a Celebrity cruise and would love to get some bubble time under water. Doesn't look like our ship offers any scuba excursions. Can anyone recommend any dive shops? 

 

Looks like we dock at 8 and leave at 5. I'm guessing that's why there's no excursion offered directly from the ship. Hoping to find a dive shop who starts their dive trips around 9/9:30.
