Back St. is in the town of Philipsburg. Front St. is where most think of when they think of shopping in town but Back St. which runs parallel to Front St. just further from the sea has shopping as well. I would say that it is at least a 20 minute, easy walk to the buses on Back St. from where the ship docks.

and what the cost would be.

I believe the Marigot bus goes down Union Road normally. Not sure how the road construction would affect this route.
