Port of Miami Premier Cruise Parking Off-site

We have reservations with Premier Cruise Parking at Baymarket for about $12.00 daily.  We will arrive in January on Wednesday and return on Sunday for a 12-day cruise.  The parking lot is covered and appears secure.  The reviews for this company mostly complain about the time it takes to get the shuttle.  We are considering taking an Uber if the shuttle is delayed.  Has anyone used this company?  How difficult would it be to take an Uber from this location?   Looking forward to your input.

We have used Premier Cruise Parking at the MET3 garage for many years prior to covid.  Shuttles are slow and crowded at peak times. You may have to wait in line in the garage to board the shuttle.   It is very close to the cruise terminal.  We drop off the bags and family first at the ship and then one person parks and shuttles.  Ubers can be slow to pick up at disembarkation as well.
