Best Pico in Mahahual

I'm from South Texas and really like good Mexican food and especially Great pico.  Which beach restaurant in Mahahual has the best pico de gallo?

Probably Maya Beach Garden, but it's north of the port and is a hotel for land vacationers.

Maya Chan has really good pico and guca. For non-AI places, the old Tropicante's used to be very good, not sure if new operators still use same recipe.  People reviewing Krazy Lobster like their salsa but haven't seen any reviews on pico.
